From September 25 to 27, 2020, the review experts visited the College for on-site evaluation according to the arrangement of the 5th Chairman Quality Award of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. According to the plan for on-site review, the review panel divided into three groups conducted the on-site review through field investigation and visit, debriefing, questioning and communication, access to relevant documents and materials; moreover, the panel organized and held a forum for grassroots staff, and communicated with staff representatives on LVTC’s development, campus culture, performance implementation, staff development, talent training.

After 3 days of rigorous on-site review, the review panel read out the feedback report at the final meeting. The review panel fully affirmed the various work of the College and put forward valuable opinions and suggestions, hoping that the College will continue to study the excellent performance evaluation standards, fuse theory with practice, which will form an excellent performance management system with LVTC characteristics, so as to become a benchmark for the introduction of outstanding performance in the vocational education industry and to promote it vigorously in educational circles.

The College saw the efforts from the evaluations given, and more importantly, the own insufficiency in existence, requiring further study and innovation in our future work. The College thanks for the guidance, support and help from the experts. The College will earnestly listen to the valuable opinions of the experts of the review panel, carry out further research and implementation after the meeting and promote all kinds of work.

Guo Zhiquan, Section Chief of Liuzhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, expressed his sincere gratitude to experts participating in the award evaluation for their hard work in 3-day evaluation and hoped that the review experts will continue to pay attention to the quality improvement in Liuzhou.

News background: Chairman Quality Award is the highest quality honorary award established by the People's government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and is awarded every two years. It is mainly given to companies or organizations that have high social reputation and influence, implement performance excellence model, with leading positions of quality management levels and independent innovation capabilities in the domestic industry, and achieve significant economic and social benefits. The total number of award-winning companies or organizations in each session shall not exceed 4, and each award-winning company or organization will be given the monetary awards in one lump sum of RMB 1 million. The College took the lead in introducing the performance excellence model in vocational education in 2013, and our performance excellence management practice has been awarded the second prize of National Vocational Education Teaching Achievement Award, Liuzhou Mayor quality Award. As for the Chairman Quality Award, the College had successfully passed the preliminary qualification review and material review, and was finally shortlisted for on-site review.
